Kaufman collapsed yesterday afternoon in Public Square and was taken to Lutheran Medical Center but could not be revived. A Mr.

Kaufman, 71, was a partner and TO founder of Associated General Insurance 21055 Lorain Fairview Park. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid golfer. He played golf regularly at Oakto wood Club, where he was a member. Both the United Way and Jewish Welfare Fund benefited from Mr. Kaufman's fund-raising efforts.

Mr. Kaufman was president of the Jewish Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, and board member of the Jewish Community Federation and the Union of American Hebrew Congregations. He was Raymond A. Roth Raymond A. Roth had two careers most of his adult life; he was a city employe for 34 years and director of Roth funeral home, 4347 Pearl Rd.

A professional engineer, Mr. Roth was the former chief of the city's Bureau of St Industrial Waste, former assistant on the Clean Water Task Force and former superintendent of Southerly Sewage Treatment Plant. An outspoken advocate for stronger AC water pollution control, employe discon: tent flared at Southerly when Mr. Roth tried to reorganize the plant's operations in the early 1970s. 34; Mr.

Roth, 68, died Saturday in Cleveland Clinic Hospital after being ill for: short time with cancer. He was a native of Cleveland. Mr. Roth was graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1935 and received his master's degree from Western Reserve University in 1937. He was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, the Holy Name of Our Lady of Good Counsel for more than 60 years and the Brooklyn-Parma Knights of Columbus for more than 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Olga Warden; sons, Raymona and Joseph daughters, Mary-Jo Koliba and Kathy Ta. A quiet man, Mr. Braham never considered working any place other than Cleveland Trust, now part of AmeriTrust where he was employed from 1922 until 1970. He managed the Euclid and 79th St. branch from 1964 until he retired. Mr.

Braham died yesterday, on his 76th birthday, at Huron Road Hospital. Complications developed from an operation for an aneurysm Monday night. Born in Toronto, he lived here since his family moved to Cleveland when he was an infant. He was graduated from East High School. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Cleveland Trust Officers Club.
